everytime i connect to the internet i always recived an warning that is

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
or
"svchost.exe -- application error the instruction at "0x001f1cb0" reference memory at "0x48544950". the memory could not be 'written'"

help me to solve these probs

if this only happens when your trying to connect to the net i would tend to think you have picked up a bug or dailup software that is trying to access the net.

run ad-aware spyware program and try a few online virus scans found here

if you can get the system clean, install AVG free anti-virus software and keep it up to date to save yourself from picking up anything nasty.

if you can't access the net at all with IE without this error popping up load up another browser such as opera to gain access to the net long enough to grab those programs.
