found on a sticker on the base of the machine
your main lan card seems to be a realtek 8168 drivers for that can be found at microsoft

like wise your wifi card seems to be a realtek rtl8732DE
drivers for that can be found here

once online with one of the above drivers download the intel INF file as 8086 is intels code for their chipsets
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/53/Chipsets
once that is complete run windows update as most if not all other drivers will come from that
once up to date anything still missing please post back
