that should ahve been the correct driver.
i just done a re-search on V-BO3 and it is coming back as a delux cam.
i can't open the delux english website at the moment its crashing but i will try again later and see if they have a contact page so you can contact them.
i just checked that driver myself its brand new so i would take it that it might need direct x9 installed.
download direct x 9 from this link then try the driver again.
i will post back as soon as i find the contact info for you.
