drivers for Vista on pavilion dv9925nr
#1
I am having trouble finding the last few drivers on a new load of Vista on a HP Pavilion dv 9925nr laptop. I have downloaded all drivers that seemed to be relevant from HP's download page, but still am missing the following drivers as listed in the device manager;

Base System Device
Base System Device
Coprosesser
SM Bus Controller

Any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Thank You,

Bradley

sm bus and co cpu are part of the main nvidia chipset driver.
you can try two things with that.
vist nvidia direct from this link while your on that laptop then click option 2 auto detect motherboard drivers and download and install what it calls up.

or if you look here i ripped out the drivers you need from the package ages ago, xp and vista both use these same drivers, you will need to unpack them then install direct from device manager.

base system device is more then likely the card reader or quick launch keys.
both can be got from hp for vista.
