[split] test results

i am having the same problem, and i was wondering what u run the test with and where you can find the test?

sorry i had to split this as i really don't like a post on the end of such a long topic carried out by myself , purple and biggles.

now purple had more then one problem with her computer so i really need to know where to start.
can you please post back with the following information.

what is your computer make /model
what windows you are running
and what seems to be the problem with your computer
